Hong Kong Delivery Information

 

Our standard delivery option will be delivered to you within 2-3 working days by HK MAIL.

The delivery in the area of Hong Kong will be FREE.

Overseas Delivery Information

 

We currently ship to  a selection of overseas destinations, which can be found in our shopping cart engine.

 

*Please note any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and we cannot tell you what the cost of this may be as policies and duties vary widely from country to country.

 

You should contact your local customs office for advice on the current charges that are applicable before you place your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

Hong Kong Returns Information

You have 28 days from receipt of your order to return any item(s) as long as they are unworn, unsoiled and in a saleable condition with all labels still attached.

 

We unfortunately cannot accept the return of any item(s) which has been worn, altered or damaged in any way.

 

Hong Kong Exchange Information

In case an item(s) needs to be exchanged, we ask that you place a new order for any new item(s) you require and return back the previous one.

Overseas Return Information

​

In case of any overseas return, the delivery cost to our warehouse will be covered by the returnee. You have 28 days from receipt of your order to return any item(s) as long as they are unworn, unsoiled and in a saleable condition with all labels still attached.

 

We unfortunately cannot accept the return of any item which has been altered to your own personal specifications.

 

Overseas Exchange Information

For exchanges we ask that you place a new order for any new item(s) you require and return back the previous ones. Please note that it is your responsibility to return the goods in a saleable condition, we cannot take responsibility for any missing or lost items being returned back to our warehouse.
