Shipping policy

Mexico and Hong Kong orders will be shipped with standard delivery of 4-6 days. 

Mexico orders: Delivered between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.  

• Purchases Above $1,200MXN = Free Delivery 
• Purchases Below $1,200MXN = $120MXN

Hong Kong orders: Delivered between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.  

• Purchases Above $470HKD = Free Delivery 
• Purchases Below $470 HKD = $40HKD 

 International orders: Delivery between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday. 

• Regular Service: 5-7 days = $23USD
• Express Service: 3-5 days = $29USD 

*Please note any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and we cannot tell you what the cost of this may be as policies and duties vary widely from country to country.

If you are unsatisfied with your full price purchase you can return your order for an exchange or a full refund within 14 days.
